Just thought I'd say hey, I started this server yesterday and its all a bit strange after not playing mir at all for a few years.
I've been looking through the forums for tips n what not but there are a lot of acronyms that I havent heard of before so i'm getting a bit stuck on the game itself. GT, PT, BDD are some that i see a lot and i wanted to try PT (despite having no idea what it is lol) so could someone be so kind as to tell me its whereabouts?
I'm a level 44 warrior at the moment so if anyone would like to give me some starting advice or anything then feel free.

Yeah I did wonder why the "Top Dogg" was the first person to offer me a hand lol :P
I think I'll stick to the high rate server for the time being until i know my way around n stuff but i'll probably prefer one of the other servers eventually just because there wasn't many private servers around when i used to play mir and when you get to level 40 in a few hours it feels a bit funny to me lol. Although having said that Auntsally is level 150 so that shows how much playing time there is in this server alone.

Oh and just one more quick question, I have tried upgrading my weapons with the gems a few times and more often than not they just instantly break and i'm left with no weapon until i can afford another one, i just wondered if this is the way it happens and people with highly upgraded weapons are ridiculously lucky or if there is a safer way?

Gems can break your wep/items, and orbs will not break your items. Both gems and orbs have a chance of not upgrading your item. Try to use L gems at the mean time, as I assume orbs will be a little bit expensive atm for you, and not really worth upgrading lvl 40+ items if you're still lvl 40+ when you're reading this.

Yeah what he said.
But i wouldnt bother ugrading anything between 40 and 50 there just isnt much point as you will be getting a better item in a lvl or two which will take you a few days.

O just somthing i noticed. Why would he not be 40+ when reading this, he is 44 now lol.

well, i was saying if he's STILL lvl 40+. =)
