disabled making GP scrolls.
Banned a few chars.
Deleted a few GP scrolls from the TM.

Not really needed. Try to find other places to lvl or try to live in a community with competition... i reckon upping spawn rates will just makes the "wizz" that clears bdd stay there and wait for rs.
