some will know whilst others may not but back in june i oafed my right shoulder taking a rugby coaching course at my sons rugby club. completely ruptured (ripped) all the ligaments and had grindy bones for last few months.

i have a grade IV (4) acv separation but malware spazzing search options so this the best i could find.
been a bit of a pain tbh, physio pretty pointless obv as only skin keeping bones in place lolz but after seeing a specialist was told the ligaments had dissolved so i'm now in for an op on friday. its called a weaver dunn procedure and my south african specialist is one of the best, soon as i told my medical carrier what op i needed they mentioned his name and asked if he was performing the procedure lol so thats pretty impressive.

basically they cut the end off my collar bone, dig out the "spare" ligament from another bone and graft that back onto the end then drill a bit and tie it all up with string :P
sorted, back playing in six months ><
anyways so if any of my chars online and i dont speak its cos my son will probs be playing, and he 6 and no know typey typey etc etc
cya soon <3
