    Default orbing help

    i have an item which i used two orb(u)'s and 2 normal orbs on, i was just wondering what the chances are of a orb(U) working upon it now?...as i have tried countless orb(U)'s and seem to find no success even tho i've been told u can use 3 of each orb. maybe im better of using (L) orbs? as surely the amount ive spent trying to get a orb(U) to work has add up to a few orb(L)'s

    if its +4 of any one stat youve got next to no chance of a U orb working on it.ive only ever had a norm or L orb working past +4

    supposed to be able to add +9 stats +3(U)+3normal+3(L)

    orbing seems to be a lot more miss than hit for some reason maybe somethin been altered?

    we did some extensive testing onthe low rate and found out....


    you can get 3 stats with unlucky orbs

    the first 2 stats are reasonable easy to get got them within 5-10 orbs, the 3rd stat from a U took another 30 U orbs.

    when the item was +3 Stats from the Us we went on to normals.

    we had exactly the same results with the normals as we did with the Us that was 2 worked within 5-10 stats and then the 3rd added stat took betwene 25-30 more orbs.

    it was pretty much the same for the Lucky orbs aswell.

    So it seemed as though you can get 2 stats per orb type easily but it is possible to get a 3rd from each.

    in the database (on the Low Rate)

    the orb settings are as follows

    OrbU - 20
    Orb - 40
    OrbL - 60

    which pretty much means its a 20% 40% and 60% chance of adding a stat to the item but a general rule of thumb that lots of people go by is that for every added stat (of one type) remove 10% from the success rate in the database.

    the rule isnt 100% precises but it will save you a bit of cash in wasted orbs and you will get roughly the same results as everyone else.

    once you get all your kit to +6 stats you should be rich enouh or strong enough to randomly waste cash on orbs

    if you ignore (U) orbs and just use norm and (L) the results are the same imo

    i know im digging up an old post but due to these GM orbs ive managed to get +11 of 1 stat

    so what can really be added???

    done a little search and found lapta said it was 13 with gm orbs a while back, but he said something in game about increasing the amount of stats you can add

    I doubt it's 60% for L for me. I have a bracelet with 6 accuracy. I tried Accuracyorb(L) on it 36 times. And I used accorb once. They all failed. =/ I think L is .1% for me. =X And some people were saying that L is 70%. I am all confused now.

    so without using GMOrbs u can get kit to +9 stats??
    was under impression was +7 stat with norm orbs
