Ok so theres a char called wizzie who im sure most of you are aware about, who stands in wt kr for days on end collecting game points, now i have on many occations which i admit to, i have gone afk for some much needed gold when ive been skint, however it seems everytime i go to wt kr she is there constantly the amount of game points she has must be unreal and i think its hugely unfair to the rest of players who work hard for there items and gold to have someone be collecting gold 24/7 when there not even on the game

I surspect this player has another char as she doesnt seem to lvl a great deal whos getting all the money to pay for nice items but id just like to say that whenever i see this char in a game point zone i shall be pking her untill lone can sort out these game point scrolls

Im not against afking for game points if you need the cash but she is clearly exploiting this hugely and gaining an unfair advantage.

LOL I generally do a quick WT clearout on Wednesday mornings somewhere between 7am and 10am depending on when I wake up. and have come accross Wizzie on a couple of occasions.

It does seem a bit harsh to be able to stick in WT KR for an extended period of time in order to buy decent items, in reality if you want decent items you should kill the Bosses or donate not create a char and buy them pets, it's not difficult to lvl up high enough to be able to stand alone in wt kr with pets and not get hurt.

It is unfair that regular players such as Storm would have to incur KP points to resolve a problem which should be dealt with server side, is there no way to put a script in place that checks for character movement in GPS rooms, if a player does not move from xxx:yyy for a certain amount of time they get d/c'ed and pets removed ?

I have been monitoring places that give you gamepoints in the last few days and I have been recalling players back to town if I have found them afk. I have to say at the times that I've been doing my rounds I've not seen this player but I will keep a closer eye on the situation.

Would there be a way of if screenies were taken before and after a PK of afk player the PK points were removed if a GM were not online ?

I'm not too sure about your suggestion as screenies if I'm honest, I feel thats something that Lone would have to agree before I commit myself.

You don't see many people on at 7am, I'ld be in bed on my days off if my body clock wasn't so screwed

Great for lvling though as no bugger on to steal the spawns and they've had all night to sort themselves out

Its not just wt kr that ive seen wizzie, at a slightly lower lvl she was afkin in ldc i guess wt kr got easyer for her to rt to, ive not seen anyone else afkin in point zones as much as she does i have noticed others but not to the extent she does it.

dude. afk'ing for 10 minutes is the same as afk'ing for 10 hours. the principal stays the same u just dont benefit as much. the game points in kr are currently part of the game and until they change the GPs into scrolls i suggest u stick a character in there afk. you said uve done it for money before? whats the difference?

and im pretty sure wizzie is his/her only/main character
