Can't Connect?

Normally when i connect to mir i just click the shortcut and it goes straight to high rate log in screen. which is normal, but now it just says connection closed. but if i run as admin i can see high med and low o.O which doesnt normally happen

And the same thing happens if i click high rate, it just crashes.

just me? or what am i doing wrong etc. someone help

lol yeah they just said error, thats it nothing to do with the server being down.
