global shout cheaper/ or more global orbs drop

its getting 2 hard to sell items atm, if there worth less than 50m ur fine because u can just stick in tm. but if there worth more than 50m is a reall hassle to sell them, because no1 is ever in town, and global shout orbs are like 10mill lol (and the npc would take ages 2 get 10fruits)
i really think global shout needs to be made easyer for people to use

best thing is to set the Shout Npc set at Level50+ and 2Mill a shout.

Put a 10 second 'cooldown' on it, same as normal shouts can be used once every 10 seconds.

abuse of any sort will resort in warning/banning matters on sort of abuse

and if u abuse the npc it will be changed bk...
