Sneak Preview - New Maps

Hi Guys,

I'm just posting a peek preview of what I've designed exclusive to this server (and possibly other Mir Revenge Servers). They are only but one thing to look forward to in the up coming update .

New GT Area Map

Inside the palace will be exactly the same. You'll have a Doctor NPC near the PVP area to make the place PvP Friendly. The Tele in spot is the small platform at the bottom of the map. This will reduce people griefing by GT'ing and running straight into palace. Instead they'll have alot further to run.

It will also contain 2 separate trainer mobs in the small area at the bottom of the GT map. All Trading NPC's will be located in the top half of the GT.

Fox Tree Province

Brand new open province to explore with a different feel to original Mir Maps. The use of this province is currently kept secret but theres plenty of nooks and crannys to explore whilst hunting. There are also 3 cave entrances on this map ...

Theres also a few other maps in progress but details on them will be released as and when they are totally finished and bug tested.

Well, I started the Fox Tree Province late 2006 and finished it about 2 months ago. Thats how crappy that map maker software is .

nice maps if ahp regen and mp regen was implemented on gt teleport like safe town teles that would stop the griefing .

Yes Jamie is looking to do this but I don't think it can be done without the source code (as he tells me ). Until then this GT solution will help. Also when you GT the Doctor NPC is only a click away so you can quickly heal yourself if you don't want to die and loose your pets for example.

I THINK you can do a qfunction for a map when you tele in HUMANHP +5000

Ill look into it - this is what the doctor NPC does though i'm sure you can use Qfunction for it.
