Slow effects bliz and fc on tds files.

Lvl 0 blizz with 1-1 mc and 200 slow, bliz slowed every hit and lasted over a min.

Gamemaster? Had 2 gm braces which were 100 slow each. Believe him if you want but ive seen the results myself lol.

Remember the files your using were made by a guy that always played a wizard and did everything he could to assist them while lowering the power of wars as much as he could get away with, hence the tdb delay thats not removable etc.

Dont think i ever tested on MR when i gmed but i have on the serv i gm atms, i know for a fact it makes a diff there, the extent i dont know, but deffo has an impact. Would assume its the same here.
