there is no devil medal
mir rev medal only be made by the NPC 1 mir medal+ any mir iems i think it is
theres only 1 mir medal ingame and milf owns it buts hes quit
i think atm only way to get mir rev is to buy 1 or don8 for it and get a mir rev token but these are not used anymore i think(£160 they were)

im sure lapta can add mir medals to GG npc.
and dont think he wants to sell mir rev items any more only mir but i dont know this

btw i think Edddy was selling a MR medal not long bk
