Im on virgin jamie and it always has dns errors the support is total bollox, the chances are by the time u get ur modem off them the mac adress is already cloned hence ur slow speed. i had an engineer come out to sort mine he brught 3 different modems out of his van all still sealed in box and was only the last 1 that wasnt already cloned.its a joke tbh.

nothing new there, MAC cloning has been going on since blueyonder setup, i remeber the days when u were only allowed 4 mac address per account.
