Help - Exp boost

For some reason exp boost seems not to work for my wizz, ive tested it in laptanest, omacave, slavecave the exp stays the same after i press key7. theres also a chat box pop on saying im supposed to have increased exp but it didnt work.

ur lvl 100+
as u know
lvl 40 x10 for every lvlu lvl up its goes down by 0.1
so u will have soamt but probs be 0.1 or somat
