About xmas rare ring

i got one lastnight and people have said at lvl 50+ its clear ring 60+ teleport ring and 70+ para ring.The clear and tele ring work fine but the para doesnt seem to work at all?is this a bug or am i wrong about the para at lvl 70?

Just spoke with lapta and he says all is well with the ring, no1 on high has complained so im presuming its ok

I think its because they go up in 20's so 40 is clear 60 teleport 80 para?

i think he might be right, try it on a 70-79 char as a tele and see, if not maybe your just unlucky with the para =X
