Just did a bit of exploring last night and tried a few of these, on most servers they are some kind of boss, sub boss. Just wondering for how hard they are they seem like normal mobs on here, can they drop good or are they just a time waster?

I have seen loads killed and they drop orbs and items, herd they can drop good but so far they have just been annoying
