poll answers: 1)good idea, 2)bad idea, 3)good idea as long as the quest is hard

as you know there are many shields ingame now down to this event, so i propose an idea.
you have to complete a hard quest and as a reward you can give in 2 shields of your choice and have them weilded togethor to form a new shield.
the catch is, there are only certain shields that can be welded togethor (depends of how many new shields GM's are prepared to make, as you would have to make a new shield for each combination) if you choose the wrong two shield, SNAP!

Orphon seems rather good at scripting (think its him anyway) could simply do random rolls and chances for it to suceed instead of the wrong two sheilds option because sooner or later people will work out what works. Where as with the random role option its alway a chance you can fail. Just do it so theres like 1-3 chance of easy ones working and 1-5 chance of hard ones working (easy= noob sheilds hard-high level ones)

I'm unsure what the plan is for shields. Once event is removed there will be none being introduced to the game (for the time being). Gradually as people die and shields break their numbers will reduce.

Myagi if you did want to write a script you can and send it in but theres no guarantee it will be added, I've not made my mind up yet :P.
