Lapta- Non Exploiters View

Dont usually have bad things to say but any sort of rewind is a big mistake!

The First rewind we all took on the chin, we knew we had to accept the loss of all we had gained over the last few days, we did not exploit anything yet we had to except losing out, fair enough.

But all a second re-wind will do is punish the players who have not exploited the game, alot of us worked hard sunday to gain back what we had lost but now it looks like we are going to lose it all again, which is a slap in the face to many players who have worked hard.

Probably get blasted for saying this but if I was Ben i would be straight on these forums recruiting more players right now!

All a rewind will serve to do is to punish the players who have done nothing wrong whilst the exploiters will get away with it. I imagine that a rewind would make it so the exploiters are not tracable so them getting away with it would lead the rest of us to have nothing.

Perminantley Ban all the exploiters and any suspicous characters they have traded too (store chars) but 1 thing you should consider is this, there where around 150 people on last night, you should take names and find out what they gained item wise, and make a list. Rewind the server and give the people who did not exploit there hard earned items back. and put something like x2 exp on for a few hours a night till next sunday.

I know that seems a long hard way of doing it but it would keep players happy and not punish the non exploiters

It would be extremely hard to track the exploited items. Also to track orbs / exp / levels / pets that were gained through exploiting the NPC also.

Going on without any rewind imo punishes the people who didn't exploit. As everyone who exploited is running round with Devil kits on scot free.

It's crap I know, but it's up to Lapta/GM's to make sure that oppertunities to exploit like this is never implemented in game.

This exploit came about because who ever scripted the NPC missed out the figure "1" from a command line. Such a small and easy to do mistake has turned into such a massive problem for the server.

I'll liaise with Lapta about testing procedures, hopefully this problem will not re-appear in the future.
