    Default might sound silly

    but the amount of people that have stopped playing since the exp boost went away is ridiculous, leveling is so damn slow at 70+ without donating for exp.
    This isnt me winging, becaus ei hardly play anymore, but would it be such a bad idea to keep in the exp boost perminantly? i know its meant to b med rate but it seemed to attract players.
    it means the noobs can level faster as they have higher % exp boost, which encourages them to play, it also means high levels wont get too far ahead like on other servers?

    just an idea, probs abit silly but seems to me its a good way to attract players
    what do u guys think?

    mbe not a perm increase as it is supposed to be med rate, but introduce exp gems that give a boost for 45 mins for a set amount and time: ie lvl 60 exp gem = 45 min x 3 exp, lvl 50 exp gem = 45 min x 4 exp etc etc

    also for those ppl who actually donated £70 for a zuma helm for decent pets, to be penalised is just wrong, either up other npc pets to compensate but dont nerf an already added and donated for fixture.

    a list of active players and their lvls may help any gms decide what a priority is not what they think or what a few players moan for. this is not a dig at anyone but we have seen how jamie has spazzed things a few times on hi rate by listening to the wrong ppl and not paying enough attention so a more proactive thought process is what is needed prior to rolling any changes out imo.

    wel all know zuma helmets gave supisdly overpowerd pets, but its been like that for so long, and people have donated for zuma helmets to take advantage of those pets.
    i dont know weither to agree or disagree with the changes because its **** for donaters, but the pets needed reducing.

    aye but if ppl have donated then will they get a refund now that they are not getting what they paid for? simpler to leave as it was or increase other pets....

    The helmet is still -very- useful, unless I'm massively mistaken. That'd be like asking people who donated for MirArm to pay more, now that the stats have been increased, lol.

    End of the day, if the servers all went down tomorrow and never came back up, would people actually be naive enough to actually expect a refund for things they've donated for? This is an online game, and not an official one at that, people must accept the fact that time and/or money they've invested here could be lost at any minute (chances are it won't, but it's possible) - Things change to rebalance the server, as the owner/runner see's fit. The ZumaHelmet shouldn't of been introduced with the pets that it was, anyone who owned one MUST of known it would get changed sooner or later, lol.

    Lone has passed me the scripts for Exp Bars. Basically Exp (small, med, large, XL) drop from mobs.

    You can then use these bars for double exp (larger the bar the longer the bonus).

    I'm also planning on changing un-hunted caves for more exp/drops for the higher levels to level in to make up for the nerfing of uber pets.

    wel the exp event wnet sumit like this -

    1-40 = 10x exp
    40-41 = 9.9x exp
    41-42 = 9.8x exp
    etc

    so how about jsut changing it to
    1-40 = 10x exp
    40-45 = 8.5x exp
    46-50 = 6x exp
    etc

    makes it easy to get past level 60 but the it gets harder. and you wont end up with every1 being level 100.

    It should be 1-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54 btw. The first drop was 1.5, the second was 2.5, does that mean you'd make the third 3.5? That'd mean 50-54 is x2.5 exp, past that is non-existent.

    I like that idea, I know before that massive exp event was put in (which I wasn't playing for) getting past the level 60 mark as a Tao/Warr was pretty slow, the problem was that a few of the really helpful skills/items were at 60+, but leveling to get them was painfully boring and tedious. That change would benefit people getting to 60 a huge amount, though I think it'd be ideal to leave the exp boost in further, so until 60 you have x3 exp, 60-64 x2, 65-69 x1.5 and from then on it's back to normal.

    Instead of the EXP boost I will be implementing the Exp Bars, 3 special npc's that exchange the exp bars into double exp and also give you a stat boost for a couple of hours.

    Hoping to do all this this evening. Small/Med exp bars will be quite easy to get from lower level mobs (oma warriors, WT mobs, etc) helping out the lower levels.

    Larger Exp bars (or tokens that is ) will be included in higher level mobs but at a rarer rate.
