pet npc , lvl 81 to 90 bug cant get pet

Is this the old NPC or the new NPC that has been introduced?

I belive on the old NPC this bug was because you needed to wear a Zuma Helmet to get the normal pets, when you shouldn't need to wear a zuma helm.

A simple copy & paste error on the script writers behalf :P.
