XMas Cake is bugged????

Im using xmascake when im hunting but my accessories (Brace, ring, necklace,boots, &belt) dura still lowers down. When im changing my accessories i always re equip xmascake. I put it in my inventory then equip it again.

i haven't experienced a working one yet, tho i thought it was it was just me not getting hit
