People without the shield and who want it are going to vote low, people with the shield are going to vote high. Id say when the votes are complete pick the 2 highest votes and then pick a middle option. Or add some sort of "bad stat" to it to make it not 100% uber.

I'd say PR30+. Gives Wiz's & Tao's a bit of defense from warrior uber slow & PA.

Plus eventually LimeShields will break and dimish in numbers anyway.

Why should the best advantadge of being a warrior be cancelled but there is just no way to cancel wizard/tao attacks?

This limeshield cancels paralyse rings, just think about the unfairness. These shields are dirt cheap, check TM and yousee them sell for 8 mill each.

All you wizards voting for PR50 are just selfish.

and a big note to lapta: make shields break on any kind of death, so from pk aswell!
