No Devil Suit F's from the GG NPC?

I tried to buy a Devil Suit (F) from the GG NPC today at about 4:30pm, I had over 31,000gg and an empty bag, I diddn't recive the item, and still lost 17,500gg! Could a GM or Lapta please help me out?
