over night afk lvling..

just wanna see what ppl think about the peeps that can get decent pets and sit in jt lobby and lvl afk over night.
personally i think its cheating trying to get exp like that and very very cheap. for an hour i could live with but putting on a massive exp bar and doing it for 4 takes the mic abit i feel.
personally i feel no guilt in pking ppl that do this in the hope they will learn and bother to lvl propperly

It's the same argument as we used to have with afk gps hunting but with no real fix unless you can put a script together that woul;d say in a certain map if a user doesn't move for a certain period of time they get kicked.

You couldn't do a blanket script as people will go afk in sz or gt with pets and would be a bit harsh on them...

TBH i dont have a problem with people AFK leveling - it leaves the character at risk of being PKed and wasting their EXP Bar and the Pets they paided for.

But instead of going yellow/red killing them why not just kill there pets it stops them leveling and saves you afk time of your own

if you feel like killing them i dont have a problem with it, as im sure other people out there feel the same

KONG's making up his own rules. If you want to PK them, do so. Just don't try to tell me or anyone not to do it. Killing pets is a better option as you can always camp in a crap kit, no point in PKing them. It was actually hilarious walking in just in time to see you trying to PK Large

What are you talking about Lone? He killed me last night and then said don't dare try to afk level, even though I blatantly wasn't afk, you cheater, something along those lines anyway. Hence why my post says dont tell me what to do and he's making up his own rules. I don't care about the pking, its part of the game but he really should just get over it and do his own thing

ppl have different views on afk lvling its been debated on the hr server many a time whether or not its actually against the rules. us being lr i dont think that we have a rule against (lone if im wrong sorry!) some ppl may feel its against the rules its not like hes stamping that it is one and "rar rar rar im gonna enforce it" all i can see him stating is his own feelings on the matter and doing what storm did awhile back about the afking for gps and making his feelings clear on the subject and that he will pk anyone that he finds afk aswell as trying to find out what other ppl think on the matter
tbh i dont care if ppl wanna afk lvl they are the ones taking the risk whether or not they will be pked, if you go afk lvling over night then its your own fault for leaving yourself open for an easy attack, im not sure if they would get much exp from it anyway as ive never done it im not sure.

and for the record kong has said in his Opinion its cheating - No where has he said its a rule.


there is no rule against pking people, there is no rule about going afk with pets.


if it needs it i will create a rule for the low rate which says "if you piss lone off by being stupid and trying to wind people up you might get banned", but im sure we dont need to get to that point.
