    i spent 10 mil when i shooted on gloubal shout does it bugged or what ...!

    its now 10 mill to stop ppl spamming global shouts, it does tell you this on the script.

    Ive seen the screenies :P But at 3am not many are on to complain really. Most of the complaints Ive hard are from people saying "GF MY EGO IS BIGGER THAN YOUR EGO SO I GET TO GLOBALLY TELL EVERYONE ABOUT IT"
