question- any1 help me plz wot lvl do u need b get npcs in new prov. talk u?

i lvl 58 n half the npcs (most them) dont seem to talk me when i click them. so plz wot lvl do u need be to us endore

Special repair NPCs are in Evil Province and you need to be level 55+ to use them.

Most NPC's in the new province (Fox Tree Valley - get there via soldier npc) do not work atm as they have no scripts linked to them. Quite a few of them do work though, it can be interesting to have an explore and see what each of them do.
