nope, halloween event was intrinsically linked with the whole of fox province, a multitude of mini quests and various specialist npcs. quests were supposedly for nubs and normal lvls with varying upgrades along the way. 3 new caves were also ear marked for "gold" "exp" and randomness but seems soemthing went awry.
