Weird PI weapon shop bug

There's no npc outside the pi weapon shop. Went in the shop and the shop vanishes - just stood where the shop should be. Came out and all the map went black apart from minimap and npc's. Logged out in pi logged back at Border Village (?) with maps working again.
Did this 3 times in a row. Anyone else had this?
