Any one know how to fix the problem?
Few players asking me about it on MSN.

let them first make sure they have all drivers installed then try reinstalling if they just had the game folder and were running it from 3rd is to right click on mir2.exe and choose run as administrator

tbh I run on windows 7 and it all works a treat, the only time i ever seen a code 1000 error ever was way back on winxp with the speedhack running, and that was caused by the computer sending and receiving data faster than the server could handle, if i mind right the speedhack that was used way back then was speedgear, it wasnt actually a hack but it improved the speed that windows could run 2d type files etc, so tbh the first place i would look at people getting these errors are what software are they running in the background to get faster ingame speeds as this could becausing teh server to boot them through not being able to handle the data packets as efficiently as it should be.
I got this error today... twice. First time in ages I've seen it though.
On Windows 7... usually fine.
