this is gonna sound really silly but is it em that crashes the server!! on monday when it crashed twice me and lasty had just finished killing walls and bang server goes!! today first em walls dead and bang server goes!! concidence??

Did you get exp for the walls? I've got a drop but no exp for walls just before a server crash a few times - think it's a symptom rather than a cause though.

the fact lone is on lol

Default Reboot Thursday Morning (19th March)
Well the server is having issues which i dont seem to be able to get back from so im going to aim to do a reboot first thing tomorrow morning due to the nature of the current problem i will need to get the hosts to disconnect the sessions due to me not being able ot log out. (see screenie below)

I am unsure if i can close the server down properly so im giving you lots of warning that tomorrow morning i will be rebooting.

as soon as its all sorted i will post on here to let you all know





(i had to shrink the screen a bit to be able to take a picture so for al the smart alec's thinking just expand it in the top right, sorry that doesnt do anything other than display all the server windows and no desktop bar - the joys of terminal services :P )

anyway im going to treat it as a Day off from server side work :Pso if you have any problems please do ask, the only problem is if it cant be sorted by a GM ingame then we cant do a whole lot about it till tomorrow Sorry

Please make sure you are either Logged off or have stopped hunting at about 7:00-9:00am tomorrow (i leave home at 7:40 in the morning so hopefully i should be able to get it sorted before i leave but depending on how warm my bed is it might have to wait till i arrive at work at about 8:40)

sorry for any inconvience but its just one of those annoy things that happens some times >.<

guys btw my bro inlaw sayd theres issues running these types of game with Vista but not impossible he had suggested 2008 server windows



Vista isnt really design 4 tis old technology it however has no problems on higher end games the 1s my pc cant run atm may be able todo guildwars not wow
