Base sc changed on a fair few items (increased)

Amulets will have sc added to them.

Curse will have a 1 minute delay. (if it works)

Pets can be gotten back by typing @pet. Pets that you have gotten from the pet rental NPC.

NPC added to a few caves, ready for the good evil cave system.

he means that if curse doesnt miss, there will be a 1 minute delay to be cast again.. good thing to stop curse spam. most taos have curse longer than a minute so shouldnt be a problem
