Imo this should not be allowed, as forum bans are effectivley overruled if people make new accounts after their original is banned.

Isnt it typical that as soon as Crazy is caught doing something that he shouldnt he automatically attacks someone else. I admit that having a facist murderers name in your signiture would probably cause offense to a lot of people.
