rigidity in bannable offences and punishments, dont preach what isn't sown. trust, respect and loyalty have been lost by many over these simple issues alone.

Item stats from normal items (eg Diamond Braces / Bracelet of balace) all the way to Devil Items need to be brought closer together.
HP of players need increasing to cope with the uber high Dc and Mc (to reduce 1 hit kills), or reduce base stats dramatically.
Solid is right, AdvSFB power needs increasing for taos whilst Curse lessened, I think Green & Red pois is okay though.
5% base and 20% top end stat reduction on all items will produce server longevity, not another random base 5 top 10 stat reduction making lower lvl items irrelevant.
increased hp by 25% 50% and 100% for warrior, wiz, tao respectively and life will also become more worthwhile for true gamers as oppose to shoot 'em up players etc etc
encorage group mentality and cooperation via quests, hunts, zones etc to re-establish the real meaning of RPG etc etc
make it fun and safe (from shoot 'em up wanky players etc, not mob) so gamers do explore, enjoy and participate; ingame and on forum, instead of the shi te we currently have from most of the populace, ingame and on forum.
less c r yptic dialogue from host/gms/owners etc when explaining or reporting or generally discussing issues.
honesty/integrity and less bullsh it from host/gms/owners etc in respect of updates, maps, mobs, drops, new releases, changes etc etc
proper testing and less mishaps from host/gms/owners etc when new bits added etc etc

doesnt seem to be many leveling areas really... seems the only way to get high lvl is to donate and get x4 exp.
uber high levels shouldnt be allowed to ppk lower lvls
more lvling area's, and safer lvling area's, im sick of being PK'd by some guy who's 50-100 lvl's higher then me while im trying to lvland then getting "LOL! owned" after...
perhaps a class specific leveling area (and maybe lvl specific aswell) (40/50/60, since 70+ you can go better place's)
Wizz- jam packed of mobs, high respawn, but low-ish exp
Warr- same as wizz, only slightly higher exp (since a wizz can AoE better then a warrior)
Tao- same as wizz- good exp- but maybe make them more resistant to Poison (mass poison on loads of mobs FTL)
item stats may need a look into (things like the RedMoon set, can be hard to get for its level, and yet the XMas stuff you can buy from the Commy and its 10x's better)
so maybe double the stats on some of the lower items
and maybe some better pets from 40-65, since there all crappy atm
im only new (well, new ish, played age's ago, and decided to come back) but these are just a few things i can think of

A whole rework on EXP needs to be made all together. Unless your a Wizard leveling honestly just takes the piss to a point where I now feel reluctant to push to 71. And this is coming from a guy that's only played Lowrates before coming here to begin with.
Because of the massive use of the GG trader NPC with people using GG for the purpose of leveling, it's completely knocked the leveling table out of sync. What I mean is it's created so so many high level character that anybody else who wants to catch up it's actually impossible to do so, because there's no chance while on normal EXP alone, unless again your a Wizard.
So yeah the EXP for the server defo needs to be reworked, while also adding in more of a variety of places to actually level. Because at the moment if somebody like my self even attempts to step foot in Yimi Path 4th, which is considered one of the best places to level, someone 50 levels + higher then you will always be around to kick you out.
Seriously though Crazy, no disrespect or anything but how can you use your self as an example when you spend a very lot of time playing this game every day. People like my self have full time jobs. It stands to reason why your doing as well as you are because of how much committed time you can put to use on here.
