Weird bug, any help lapta or GM?

Well i was in BW near bw store/book shop as i usually am, opened up my mir mail, clicked on a message when my game completely froze. I saw no one moving, no motion of nothing waited about 30 secs got tired of waiting so closed mir, reopened mir to reload it thinking it froze.

When i relog, im outside SZ near bookshop/storage and 3/4 health and my shields gone. was told i was pked out of sz by lioness/murderdeathkil (im sure they can verify this) and i spawned outside book shop? how did i get out of SZ if my mir froze? I lost my metalshield.

Wouldnt complain normally had i been pked just, but my mir was froze and when i relogged id been pked and out of sz and i never spawned outside of bookshop before?

Anyway i can get my shield replaced please?

mir freezing like that, especially if you were then moved out of sz and killed, is usually caused by someone else logging into your account, does anyone else have access to the account?

as for spawning outside book shop there is a bug (i think its maybe caused by poison kill?) that even though you are dead you still have 1 hp, so when you log back in you get an hp boost but are standing exactly where you were when you died
