No doubt blackwidows tao knew this, as half of them have deva, and most probably use it to their advantage, holy deva can level up by killing mobs.

It couldn't on euro, on these files it can, is just a server problem, level 7 deva cains

how about making it summon at level 7 and changing the stats? possible? when u have level 3 of the spell.
