would like to apologize for stealing lapta for the weekend please don't take anything out on him and try not to moan about "why XXXX isn't sorted".

due to sorting out a new server for lowrate he has not been able to do much for highrate

we're currently running on the old server and we had a reboot last night without a crash so its looking good - but we do have another server on the way which should reduce the monthly cost
