that doesnt actually fix the issue if you have logged out and logged back in - the chances are in the lag out his character has become stuck in limbo.

if it was just a case of not being able to move with the armour fixing it loging out and back in should of resolved it.

You need a GM ingame to @ting you, or if you are not in a safe zone, ask someone to repulse/dash you.
