Mir keeps crashing (Help plz) FREEZE!!

Guys ill explain everything i done so i can get the accurate help on wot to do :P

firstly. i coppied my euro mir folder and pasted in same location >program files..
Secondly. i downloaded the kaori updater and let it download the 3GB download ( 2 files didnt download kept tryin n tryin but no luck...says kaoripatch/!kaoripatch.log was not downloaded
kaoripatch/update/data/Chrsel.wil was not downloaded
But i tried n tried it wont download so any way i try get on ingame everything was fine until Mir freezes.... and i have to CTRL+DEL to get rid of it wich takes ages coz it slows down da whole comp also

and it ruins my game play coz it happens every unexpected time like 30-40 mins maybe 1hr or so ><
COuld sum 1 please help me here its really annoying like this thnx

check ure computer processes m8 cuz tht can crash things tht are taking alot of computer usage
