Question regarding returning user

I want to return to playing my old Char from Euro Mir, since this looks like it might be more stable!

I can rememeber my user name (i think) but cant remember my password at all. If I pay is there anyway you can reset my password for me? Or do i hve to prove i am original owner of account etc?

real euro is now closed anyway so you could never get on it to check your account.

No more restores as far as I'm aware?

Restores should of stopped a long time ago(it was sometime in march I think it said on the restore thread when it should of stopped) but think he still does some of them,not 100% sure though.

I guess its fair enough to do restores for people as long as the server is alive, but it could become difficult to prove/keep track of restores.
