untaming pets

so getting a cs/ft to lev 7 u cant park in 3f of yr gt to retame tomorrow
if ppl so worried about untaming pets on players make iit bannable to park them in sz
there are plenty little house about to park them in
am sure people be happy to help you with this

If fritz/jamie can just make it so they untame without dyingand definitely don't ban people for untaming on others because it wasn't bannable in euro and if people are stupid enough to be afk for long periods of time where you can drop then they can only blame themselves,either go afk in GT or just log out. Just my opinion anyways.

Well since there is a General problem with Taming in the first place, I'm getting pretty fed up. I may have introduce a Pet Rental NPC. But I need feedback on this from the players.

Here are the NPC rules.
1). You must be the Same level or higher then the Mob (Unless you are a Wizard) in order to get the pet. EG. FrostTiger = tao or war lvl 47 (2 max) - wizard 45 (only 1)
2). if you could only tame 1 of them (Frost Tiger) then you will only get 1.
3). If you are a warrior or Taoist you WILL be able to use the pet rental and you can get 2 or 3 pets ( I need feedback to make this fair and a player decided vote) Wizards can have 5 pets.
4). I will make every set of pets rented charge you 10K per pet. so if ur tao war then 30K but if you're a wizard then 50K Minumum.

I think it might be a good idea to do a trial period of this over easter as just an added feature to your 'event' and then do a poll at the end of it to see what the players opinions are and if it should be kept ingame so it helps deal with the problems taming is creating at the moment.

I also think it should cost alot more than that,say 200k a mob at least(would prefer more but 200k seems reasonable for now) just because 10k is **** all,at least you have to work a bit harder to make 200k,and seeing as you just click an NPC to get your pet you should put at least some effort into getting the cash which covers it.

This is just what I think should happen anyway,of course some people may disagree

As we cant tame pets very easy atm something needs sortin so pet retal is a good idea.Bit cocerned Wizards have to pay more as it is a natural part of being a wizard.
frost tiger should be limited to 1 per all classes .
apart from that seems ok

warrs and tao's think 2 pets max rly and if its something like a frost tiger seems a little unfair warrs and taos can have 2 and a wizz only one , maybe if poss u can change that ?
also can u not make it a charge for set of pets , like 20k for 2 pets for war and tao and also 20k for the wizz to have 5 as it is a wizzard skill after all and they got to pay xtra to have what should be theres anyway

and no dont do it as part of event
wiz can tame things atm it takes longer put its possible
leave this til after event when you might have had time to talk to other people about it
wiz mostly use pets to help level and i doubt that there will be much of that going on during event.
seeing a wizz on euro with pets was rare

Warrior + Taoist = 2 Frost Tigers
Wizard = 1 FrostTiger + 4 other pets (so if u took a FT then you could have 4 RedFrogSpiders as well - I used to tame FT on Mia and then have 4 ***stalSpider pets lol)

as long as its like 200k a pet then yeah go for it

maybe leave it up for a bit of a debate as some people are really against it like tiko

I would also be against the idea if tame worked properly like euro but it doesn't and this seems like it could be a good solution.

pets are for wizzes
not warrs n taos got their own
by all means let wizzes buy some if the taming thing cant be sorted out but they gotta level them themselves.
Wizzes already got it easy with FF. They kill more things faster than everybody else anyway. Most of em never bother to tame pets. Some did but a minority. I dont think its something most ppl really care about. So dont get too bothered.
Part of the prob was finding the things to tame. So dont just hand CS and FT to them cheap. If they bothered to find and tame one then got 4 other things it took a while. Buying them ought to be expensive. Probably faster to earn the money for em than it is to find,tame and level them
