HR- Two Shields

Hey Jamie, we're still waiting to see what changes you can do for these two Shields especially since some of us PAID **** loads only for it to turn to **** lol.

Anywasy I hope these suggestions would help.

Maybe Change the stats to Luck+1 DC15-20 MC15-20 SC15-20 ???

no it shouldnt be 5 PR lol. If wiz have 350% PR thats fine. Any decent warrior does not need massive amounts of slow/PA in order to pvp a wiz. The mad slow/pa in game is ridiculous right now, would be more fun seeing if most ppl did have 500% PR nowadays to make it interesting.

remove the luck+1 from it if anything.
