you could buy a muscle ring and then take the ring off after youve put the weapon on

If you wore a muscle ring, equipped the weapon and then took the muscle ring off you'll be fine. You'll swing your weapon really really slow but as a wizz that doesn't matter anyways.

no its not using a bug. its like using rage/ue to boost your dc so you can put on an item that needs a certain amount of dc to wear. when rage wears off you still wont have the dc to wear it.
