Yes, people complaining about lost work are clearly a 'complete ****ing dumbass', I won't comment on your awful use of English, which kind of makes you the 'complete ****ing dumbass' of this thread. Look at it this way, someone spends 8 hours levelling; At x4 exp, that's 2 hours of work to get back what they've already done, without accounting for drops.

Going by your attitude, I doubt you work, so let's put it in teenager form; You spend 2 hours catching up on all of your home/coursework, your brother then burns the paper that you had wrote it all on, you now have to spend 2 hours doing the exact same thing, just to get back where you were, due to no fault of your own. If you went and complained to one of your parents, do you think they'd say "Oh well, go do it again and stop ***ing about it, you dumbass"? If so, well, sucks to be you.

Really, just let everyone vent and get on with it, learn some simple human-behaviour patterns.
