Im confused, dont know alot about computers but u have 1 pc that is switched on @ all times 2 keep the game running right??? If u have no internet hows this possible??

the server isnt ran from his home.

the server lives in a building somewhere far from laptas house with lots of other servers in there ^.^ (and a magically group of beavers that know how to reboot computers )

*seriously*
the server isn't actually in laptas house, he just pays a monthly fee to rent a server from a company somewhere out there in the great beyond.

he then remotely (from his house) connects to the server over the net and does updates and stuff like that. thats why sometimes reboots take so long because he cant physically go to the server and push the button if it doesnt boot correctly. (he needs to phone one of the beavers)

(the first server company that comes to mind is UK2.NET if you doa quick google search on them you might have a little better understanding of the situation )
