mir close in my computer

every some minets the mir close on my computer not freezing but close then i see desktop

any 1 can help me plz

its like this on my other pc just use the auto patch it cleared it up for me

for the auto patch problem i think you might of missed a bit of info.

when you download the autopatch it is downloaded as a folder. named "Autopatch"
in that folder you will have 2 files ( i believe its 2, kaoripatchGZ.ini and the autopatcher program )

what you need to do is copy those 2 files in to the MirRevenge folder.


c:\MirRevenge <----copy the files into here
c:\MirRevenge\Data
c:\MirRevenge\Map
c:\MirRevenge\Wav

once your autopatcher is in that file run it then and see how it goes, It will probably end up saying there were 2 files it couldnt find. which is ok its the same for everyone.


and secondly like T1nk said try checking out your firewall settings to do this (assuming your on windows XP - if your on vista/ME/98 let me know and i'll try and guide you in to the right place - it should be fairly similar one both 98/me, its vista thats slightyly different i beleive)

anyway

click start
click control panel
double click Windows Firewall
then turn it off, If your worried about connections making their way to your computer you can always turn it back on once you have finished playing, it doesnt involve rebooting so its nice and quick.
