Can someone help me with the download im following the steps but the pictures isnt the same as my pc i getting confused i have th latest vista i trying to patch it now but i jus skipped to the end

i got vista i just copied mir from a mates comp with xp and ran auto patch on my laptop with vista no probs firewall off make sure none of the files are in hidden should run as normal

i not sure but wen i try to open mir to get on the game it says i have to downloads some files and wen it starts to get through the download it stops and says something is missing
any ideas can u send me the mir.exe lapta i think u have my email or if anyone else will
