Seems to be relating to the Http Proxy Auto detection service - i've disabled it as it is supposed to be used in conjunction with DHCP which we dont use as the server has a static ip

i hope this resolves the issue but im not sure.

i've let lapta know and he will hopefully get hosts to investigate the issue.
