n1.damn right maybe next time somone steals of there "friend" an you turn around an say oh well tough ****ing **** ppl will realize that givin there details to some "friend" was a retarded choice LOL wonder how long it takes before someone post's "my mate stole all my items & gold" "yeah i gave him my details cause i thought he was a mate"
lol should make a good read tbh
Ok i should define account sharing.
Giving your details to ANY ONE!
Writing your details down and sticking them on your monitor when you live in a house with other people who play mir.
If you give ur details to someone so they can log on to ur account and use the recall set on your account, its still account sharing!
Think it's about time...
Welldone Jamie :P
End of the day, people shouldn't even contemplate sharing with anyone unless they REALLY know them, even so, you can't come crying to the person who told you not to do it, when **** hits the fan. I've shared accounts in the past with a guy I knew for... Jebus, must be 6 years now, not once did either of us have any trouble with the other, or item loss. But if something had went wrong and he screwed me over, I'd of just said "Meh" and moved on, it's like walking across a road blind-folded; If you make it across, grats you pro, if you don't, well tough luck you stupid ****.
What about if you're on a Dynamic IP address?
A good question, though unless someone logs on your account once, or also has a Dynamic IP, it'd be pretty easy to see that there's an IP number repeated on more than one occasion. Also, correct me if I'm wrong (which is very possible in this instance), but doesn't a Dynamic IP have something like 60-70% of the numbers exactly the same, it's just the last segment or two that change?
