Before i say anything, uprising just refrain from even posting here as u know u dont care.

That being said, before i get to the good about the server lets start with the bad so that we can end on a good note.

Apparantly ive been banned/deleted for "random abuse" which i find ironic. Yes i was unbanned and was told to keep quiet, stay out of trouble, which i have been until past few weeks when this **** has hit the fan. Now, im sorry, but i just find it ironic i have been banned for random abuse, as i have been the #1 target for abuse past week with forum threads/globals/in-game PM's/ingame shouts/ingame in general, yet nothing is done with that, but when i abuse someone i get banned. Irony tbh.

Now for the people that know me im a level headed guy. I was perm banned by lapta for 6 months last year, for "griefing auntsally" later to find out my banning was a mistake as i served 3 days for the same incident as was double banned for no reason. Upon being unbanned vicky apologized to me for the banning, lapta never did, but watever, no sense crying over spilt milk. i didnt throw a hissy fit over it or nothing, i simply quit game came back 6 months later. Now when i got my kit stolen, lapta was kind enough to restore it too so i cant hate him for that, took about 4-5 months but better late than never ya know? And then comes to my recent banning, which i should have had, perm was kinda harsh imo, but yes i should have been banned as my actions were uncalled for, fair enough. But then im told im banned/deleted for random abuse.

Now, anyone that hasnt been sleeping under a rock this past week, can probably agree, ive endured the most abuse than anyone this past week, and i abuse someone back for abusing me i get banned. I've had globals, forum threads, u name it, ive had it past week lol, and the thing i got against this "screenshot abuse" ban is, the fact lack of GM's monitors ingame to even realize what is being said and why. There is no explanation of the story behind it, rather just someone scrolls up, takes what they say out and screenshots abuse by me to get me banned. I've been called a black **** by sally + rest of uprising ingame, no ban, wildgal calls me a polish spic ImageShack - Image Hosting :: images1048.png, no ban, i mean hell ppl wonder why i abuse some ppl lol u should see the amount of **** I get lol. But whatever, what im saying is, my reasoning for the abuse would be the amount i have been given this past week or so, to be taken into consideration for my actions. Probably wont, but was a request.

Now, that we got the bad out of the way, lets move on to the GOOD!

Lots of cool people i met ingame, which many i have on MSN and if i dont, feel free to add me hiphopisdead@live.com. Too many names to name, you guys know who you are so no point sharin names.

Also, one request i have before my character is deleted, was wondering if its possible to return items i borrowed from guildies to their owners as i feel its unfair for them to lose their items based on my actions. Para Ring, belongs to Lancer. and Mir Helm Warr/Mir rev necky belongs to Erza.

Now, so long ppl, take it eassy. Might check forums time to time.

now obviously you have been banned for abusing someone as there is screenys but i think its abit of a piss take seen as the amount of abuse people have been giving you in the past week and nothing been done to them, either way, good luck matey shame to see you go.. :/

maybe cos u been giving wildgal abuse in game , and even making a website about him/her which u were telling people in game to go on , i read it and thought it was sad and a tiny been psycotic

obviously there must be evidence, I don't know what you've said mate, but I do know for a fact you are not the only person to be "abusive" in this game. lapta says you were on your last warning and this does make it difficult to argue in your defence but i'll give it a shot anyway.

i see people be far more abusive than you are every day in mir. people calling people "c***s". people calling people racist things. people generally just being over the top and uncalled for.

the fact of the matter is, some people like to make a song a dance over this kind of stuff if they hold a grudge. and unfortunately, a lot of people seem to have a grudge against Xhale. i suspect lapta may have had to put up with more complaints that usual when it comes to Xhale, because certain individuals seem to have a thing about getting him banned.

as far as i know, xhale just gave as good as he got. i might be wrong, i havent seen specifically what he's been banned for, but I get the feeling its going to be the kind of stuff that gets said every day in mir. abuse gets thrown around all the time. just not everyone bothers to screenshot it. xhale makes a very good point with regards to some of the stuff that's gone on this past week. he's been victimized and abused moreso that anyone else. and this proper "abuse", it actually relates to something very real, and isnt just a bit of over the top banter or calling someone a bad word. it does seem somewhat unjust.

dont really wanna see you go bud, you know i find the game more boring with you not playing.

i hope lapta reconsiders his decision but given that this is the second time this has happened im not holding my breath.

lapta it would be nice if you could take into account some of the stuff that has been said to xhale this week. i genuinely believe this does change the situation to some extent.

don't even start a discussion about the whole wildgal thing because what that disgusting excuse for a human being did to xhale was far worse than any "abuse" xhale may have given in game.
