100% agreed with Sable, a week is more then enough. But from now on it looks like others need to be more trigger happy with the pause break key, to make sure the right people get banned.

Screenshots always have and always will be a very unreliable source of evidence for banning people... Unless everyone screenshots every argument (which would work, but would be a real pain in the ass to do, forget it once and you're screwed) where any kind of abuse is thrown around.

For example, on my last private server there was a very large 'war' of abuse between English and Egyptian players... I doubt many people know, but Egyptian people (at least these in particular) value their God above all else, kids, family, friends, -everything-. So when an English player insulted said God, they used the harshest abuse they could think of (which involved the player's 3 year old daughter...), needless to say, it was a VERY nasty circle of abuse, but only a few people involved got banned, because screenshots weren't taken by both sides. People are having "I hope your 3 year old daughter dies" put in their face, then retaliating, without screenshotting it (I doubt it was their first thought) and getting banned for it.

Things like the above are extreme examples, but it happens and from some of the posts made on Xhale's thread, it seems like he's taken similarly well-over-the-line abuse, for whatever reasons, then he's retaliated before thinking, the **** on the other end has got their screenshot and he gets the trouble for it. It might be worth your time putting an ingame message (in caps), saying something like "SCREENSHOT ABUSE, DON'T GIVE IT BACK" for a week or two, then drop the caps, as I doubt people screenshot abuse that often, if they're like me, they give a bit back and quietly chuckle to themselves.
