hp regen+10% on my devil robe

i have just bought this devil robe for 3.5b and realised there is hp regen on it - normaly devil robe has mp regen only mine has both

just checking this isnt a bugged item in any way

devil / lord arms should have hp regain on em for the price imo. only 10% tho
