Files Not Fully Downloaded

When i re-run the auto patcher it said 13 files were skipped then when i run the auto patcher again it said that there were 83 files to download... Wondering if any1 else got same problem

I had that prob on my old comp. When you clik the mir icon dus it spam you with access violation errors?

thats either bcuz you havent got sound driver installed or you have not got java downloaded.
